We wanted to order a Ribeye sandwich to enjoy while listening to the outside band. The outside waitress wouldn't take our order because she didn't have a seat available to sit at. We told her we were going to go sit further down and it was fine with us. She wouldn't take our order. She sent us inside to order from a specific person. He wouldn't take our order either. He was busy! He sent us to the bartender. He DID take our order but we obviously were a bother to him.



He was very rude, snobby, and short with us. It was like no one wanted to take our money! The Ribeye sandwich was very good, but not worth spending about 20 minutes trying to find someone that would take our order. Evidentially they don't need the business, so don't bother eating there!

I will NOT recommend them anymore! A business associate was raving about Bass Street Chop House. So for my last night in town he took us there. Everything about this place said top notch. The entire establishment is rich with dark wood paneling, crown and chair rail moldings. As well as a perfectly appointed bar, with mounted lights. The booths are equally as detailed, are very classy, and comfortable.

The layout is such that you have enough space to move around without being crowded, or over hearing the table next to you. For dinner, I started with the Lobster Corn Chowder which was flavorful, had real Lobster chunks and crisp corn kernels. This was not some left over soup from the night before, but fresh.

For the table we ordered Bacon wrapped Scallops. The Bacon was crispy and the Scallops were so tender. They were glazed with a tangy BBQ sauce that put them over the top. Everything was prepared so incredibly perfectly. The service was wonderful. Well paced, never intrusive, but we wanted for nothing. This will be a definite stop every time I am anywhere near Moline. Went with a group of 8 during the Jon Deere Classic and got to see a few pro golfer there as well.

So you know it has to be good. The steaks drying methods are done wet or dry which gives everyone a choice of something different.
