The bell boy who insisted in taking our cases was very friendly. Our room was spacious and very clean, if not a little dated. The beds are very comfortable. The patio outside is massive, but a word of warning do not shut the door when you are outside as it locks and you are stuck on the patio, this happened on our first night.
The view over the pool and the sea was great. The food was varied and plentiful. We did not try any of the Al A Carte options as we preferred to eat at our own pace on the terrace. Some of the themed nights were great with a great choice of dishes.

The fish was very good every day. The pool area is great if not a little noisy when they start to play bingo, but Hey Ho they are only having fun. Sun beds there was not problem getting a bed, but i suppose half term had just finished.

It's great to see the pool man go round and take all the towels of the reserved beds and put them in a pile before therefore leaving more choice of beds. Did hear a few gripes about this, but you get told no towels left unattended before The night time entertainment is just OK.
The drinks flow freely and are of good quality. The thing that impressed me, was the cleanliness of the whole hotel. The cleaners were busy all day. Even saw one polishing the fire extinguishers. The gardens are immaculate and well keep. It seems to me that the staff have a pride in their job. Well done to every one and thank you for a great holiday.

I believe in starting with the positives first: 1. The staff are extremely hardworking, professional and kind. You have to wait until 8am to get a sun-bed which makes it fair. The food is very good, though regimented as it repeated week on week.

Your fridge is stocked my water and cans each day only if you need them. My family enjoyed a wonderful fireworks display for our balcony - though it was organised and executed by the neighbouring H10 hotel. They had spotlights, music and partying all through the night - sounded amazing should have stayed there! The negatives: Big 1. My family and I have been coming to this hotel for 6 years now. We found out that we were not entitled to a silver band because we did not book directly with the hotel.
We were told we now have to wait until our 10th visit to get a good band. You are only a privileged customer if you book direct - which depending on flights and time if you can be very expensive. At the end of the day we have still paid for the packaged holiday, the hotel still gets its money My wife, child and I have never felt more under valued as a customer in this hotel before.
The entertainment is so bad! The animation team were good years ago. Now they are cheesy and just not worth the time.
