The employees made my visit a great one. They were friendly and smiling. Service tech left greasy arm smudges all over the front of the polished chrome grill and mixed the rain x washer fluid with regular washer fluid. Other then that, I have always used valvoline service centers for all three of my vehicles! I was highly satisfied because the customer service representative noticed a leak on the underside of my vehicle and notified me right away instead of letting it go.
Staff are always patient with my questions. I had to wait longer than 15 minutes. The service technician listened to all my service requests and answered all the questions given to him with knowledgeable and professional answers, he was very helpful thru it all. Quick, efficient service.
