If they take as long with the refund as they did in contacting me about the issue initially I can see I will be waiting at least another couple of months for it!! If Vitamix had said they were remanufacturing the jugs and would replace mine with new jugs guaranteed to not have the black specks issue I would have kept them but no such solution was put forward by Vitamix!! I am now using my Omniblend V and as I like to have two machines I have purchased the Optimum , neither of which have the black specks and are just about as good as the Vitamix!!
