I'm really sorry to hear that we let you down on your third. I have looked into the issues you have mentioned on your review. I do not believe we were made aware of your disappointments during your visit? We would have liked the opportunity to try to resolve this before you had left us. We have put measures in place regarding vacuuming to ensure that our guests are not interrupted in the future.
We do try our best to maintain our cleanliness of the restaurant at all times but can't understand the frustration this may have caused during your visit. It was our first visit and i heard lots of good reports so hoping i would experience the same experience. I booked the table online about 3 weeks in advance, got email confirmation and got vouchers for free drinks i. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown to our table. Our waitress introduced herself and told us her name, we were left to look at menu's and then she came back to take a drinks order.
I asked what soft drinks were included in the offer and she explained the softails were which pleased my three, When she returned to take our food order she answered any questions we had and was really helpful. Our food arrived in good time and OMG how good was the food - there was 7 of us and every meal was spot on!
We had desserts and coffee as well and as it was my birthday they came out with a nicely decorated plate with a profiterole and candle and happy 50th birthday written in sauce and sang happy birthday to me - lovely! I cant fault the service emma served us or the food. Yes it is a little on the pricey side BUT its one of those cases you get what you pay for at times.

Have now visited this establishment twice and on both occasions had a excellent meal.
The staff were great and spent time explaining the menu to us. The place it's self has been refitted to a high standard and looks great. If you come here for a meal you will definitely find yourself "ringing the BELL" we have twice!
