The water park, the pools, the beaches, the marine life. We could care less what we eat. We come to have an amazing time at a gorgeous resort. This was our 3rd trip and we will most definitely return Let me preface my comments by the fact that I have stayed at the Atlantis resort on 6 different occasions. This will definitely be my last. Upon arriving we tried to check in at the coral towers because usually three is minimal agents at the beach. They sent me to the Beach Tower to check in despite there being no line at the coral towers for check in.
I waited approximately 20 minutes to check in. I was told my room would not be ready for two hours.

I asked for a bellhop and they told me I would have to walk back to the coral towers as they did not have one at the beach towers. One day I was locked out of the room and was told I had to wait in the hallway until security came and took numerous trips up and down the elevator to the front desk before security finally after two hours came to open my room. I have no idea why I actually had to stay at the room for them to let me in and why I could not just be issued new keys.

Despite having two rooms only one bathtub drained properly the entire visit. Despite calling on two occasions the drain in the bathtub never worked. Lagoons One of the hidden gems of Atlantis is the Hibiscus Lagoon, home to a loveable pod of green and hawksbill sea turtles that swim in an open-air aquarium next door to Beach Tower.
