I had dinner the night before in Dragonfly and the food was marginal. The bartender was very nice, though. He made up for so-so food. Cons: The hotel was great but the mattresses are worn out and sagging in the middle. Pros: Great location very lively active bar scene. Cons: Everything was amazing from arrival to departure!

ZaZa is my go to for business trips to Dallas. It always exceeds my expectations with above and beyond service that puts the other hotels to shame. Pros: Rooms are very nice. Cons: Pool and bar were meat markets. If you are into that sort of thing then I guess this could be a positive. Pros: not anything. Cons: horrible experience! The front desk was so unprofessional.

Pros: Great service, drinks and food at dragonfly. Cons: Really bad pillows. Such a comfortable bed and with rates that high I would expect the best goose down pillows!! They were lumpy and dense and should be replaced. I travel every week for my job and can honestly say that Pros: Great room,great service,great restaurant, overall great Hotel.

The rooms were spacious, clean, the location was perfect too. There was coffee in the morning and a cocktail wine tasting in the afternoon.
