Our ground floor will fit up to 35 guests and our 1st floor up to 70 guests. The Party menu is a 3-course meal served on individual plates for every guest while the Sharing menu is a 3-Course meal served on the middle of the table for people to share. You just let us know what kind of ratio to maintain between meat and veggies and we take care of the rest.
Of course you can hire either or both for those grand parties. There is a minimum spend charge that varies depending on the time and day of the week. Weekday lunch would be a lot cheaper than Fri-Sat evenings. Please enquire for further details. Parties that have hired one of our rooms for exclusive dinner use can stay up to 3am and even up to 5am special conditions apply. The deposit counts towards your final bill. All bookings are considered provisional until a deposit has been paid to secure the reservation. A provisional booking means that if demand requires it your reservation might be cancelled and offered to other customers without any other prior notice.
The deposit is not refundable. The money paid for the deposit can be used towards a bill in the restaurant for up to a year from the date the deposit was taken. Lost 20 pounds. Kept it off so far. More expensive for blokes as they get more food. AIR, CD has more protein and less carb than slimfast. As for money saving, it's half the price of lighter life. Taste wise - soups ands pre-mixes and much better than the packs you mix yourself, which can taste powdery. But it's not real food and eating it is over quickly. It's nice not to obsess about what's in the fridge for a bit There is a CD forum where you can ask q's, find it from the CD website. I'd try it for a week and see.

Have done it losing about 2 and half stone in three months by eating only three meals a day no junk and cycling 5 miles a day. I have since gained a few more pounds lost it and gained again. I know I have a love hate relationship with food. But I don't see CD as the answer to all your problems.
