The room was comfortable and clean, with an excellent work space. We asked to be near the front desk and immediately got changed to a room that was convenient and just what we wanted. The shuttle to the casino runs 24 hours a day, and that was a plus. Overall, we loved it and will definitely stay here again. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Having the shuttle helped for the inconvenience of not having the casino and hotel connected. I prefer having the hotel in the same building as the casino.
Hotel and casino were not on same property. Had to take a shuttle to casino. The shuttle ran frequently so it wasnt too much of an issue, but it was deceiving on the website.

Room was described as river view The only restaurants were in the casino. And only one was open on Monday and Tuesday. And that one had a limited menu on a Tuesday at 6pm because they ran out of things. A bit frustrating, but what they had was good. This was irritating. I felt I was charged for something I wasnt aware of in advance.

The hotel room was very nice,no complaints at all,the staff was very caring to any of our needs and very polite. The next couple weeks i received a by invatation only postcard for a drawing,so again,i decided to go try my luck,the casino host comped us a room for that night and off we went,we put my postcard in the barrell and started playing,again the second drawing,my name was announced, If you havent been to riverwalk then take time out and go,i promise you will love it and not want to go anywhere elese but to the riverwalk!
