Is this typical of the pickup service? The only time that should happen if there is a warehouse supply out and we really care nothing to substitute with on the shelf. Be sure to check your Amex Offers on Americanexpress. Pick-up seemed to not know that I can refuse my order and get a refund at Wal-Mart pick-up. I did get a refund but it took lots of time when this was suppose to be fast. Cash back on items I was already going to get is wonderful.
