Pros: I was able to choose a car among different options between my price range. I really like it,. They have phone booth that supposedly can take care of clients, but there is no signage about it. Finally, the pre-paid gas offer is more expensive than the outside gas prices. Airport pick up. Cons: There were no signs leading us to the pick up area. I made online reservations so I wouldn't have to wait in line. We saw where the Hertz rental was in the airport but made online reservations so we wouldn't have to wait.

It took us an extra 30 minutes and when you are on vacation every minute counts. Pros: Staff at pick up was super friendly and then when I returned the car it was even better! I also got a great deal on the rental and would happily do it all over again every time I'm in country. Cons: The guilt trip in regards to you need all the insurance or else you will die speech was a bit much Pros: When we arrived at the airport after a long day of traveling, we wanted to get our car and go.

Hertz made that so easy! As our friends waited for over an hour for a car they rented, we were in and out in 5 minutes. Bringing the car back was super easy too! No hassles, and very convenient. Booked car not available. Cons: The car I had booked was not available, so I was forced to upgrade and pay much higher rate than initially booked through kayak.

Pros: Quick service. Cons: Holding a deposit because I wouldn't accept their insurance although I had purchased some through Kayak!

More like PayMore My flight was delayed so i showed up 30 minutes late for my rental Never again will I use Payless Service personnel were fine but the accommodations and policies were misleading and advantageous to payless over the customer.

Cons: It took me 45 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle to go to the rental place off airport property. All the other major rental agencies are at the airport. I had to call for the shuttle 3 times to try to get them to come and pick me up and the person on the other end of the line was very rude and short. He told me use another phone and call back.

They finally picked us up in a lane that was not designated for car rental. By this time there were so many people waiting there was almost not enough space for us, but we all crammed into the shuttle. Once I shuttled over to the rental building there was another 45 minute wait to get my car. It was so dark you could not inspect the auto. The agents were very high pressure trying to sell you, and scare you, into all kinds of charges that were not necessary. It felt like flying Spirit Airlines with all the hidden fees. I chose this company because it looked like it would save me a lot of money.

When I returned my car there was nobody to receive my car right away and the shuttle left without me and I had to wait for the next one 15 minutes later which added more unneeded stress to my getting to the airport on time. Certainly not worth all the time and hassle to save such a small amount of money. I will never rent from Payless again. Cons: Arrived at Some kids was sleeping on the floor, people was exhaust At the end you need to do an inspection of your vehicle with no lights on the parking Never never rent a car with Payless Bye Payless.

Pros: Fox never picked up, they kept adding on charges when they did and were very difficult to work with. I would not go with them again. ABest quick service with brand new vehicles.

Would have been 5 stars BUT Pros: Loved the rental. Almost less than half of what other competitors were charging for the same type of vehicle. The wrong reservation was printed up and my card was charged for it and upon noticing the error no apologies and no urgency in the correction. Almost felt like it was my fault. My card was then charged for the correct reservation and it took nearly a week to get the refund from the mistake. With the added deposits on top of the two week rental, this was a substantial error. Other than, great car, great price!

For the price, it was a worthwile visit. Pros: The car I rented was perfect for my needs. Took me a while to find a good car, but once I found one, I had no issues. Cons: You really need to inspect your vehicle carefully. Most of them are in bad shape major paint missing, not key fobs, non-op parts.

But if you take your time and inspect carefully, you can score a decent car for a short term rental. Also, they are a bit understaffed. I had a hard time getting service on the lot and drop-off took longer than expected. Never Fox.

Destinations

Pros: Aitport shuttle pickup was good. Complete disaster after that. Cons: Booked car was not available. Had to wait 4 hours for that. Would never recommend to anyone. Friendly Staff but Crappy Car. Pros: I liked how a shuttle was provided by Fox's for airport pick-up and drop-off. My wait time for the shuttle was less than a minute. The shuttle drivers and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I made the reservation online, and I had no issues when I went to pick up the car. There were a few customers in line in front of me when I arrived at the office, but it went quickly.

Cons: I was given a Toyota Yaris. It is an economy car. The interior seats were stained and discolored. When I did my initial walk around the car, it appeared to be in good condition. However, once I left the lot and got onto the highway at a speed of 60 mph, the back panel above the rear left side began to flap.

It was detached from the bumper. I called Fox's customer service once I arrived at my hotel. They date stamped it and said I could either return the car for a new one or keep it until my end date. I kept it, and I wasn't charged for any damage. I just don't recommend this type of car, as it is cheaply made and has very poor visibility. Dirty mirrors and windshield and no washer fluid. Pros: Car was sporty and comfortable. Unlimited miles was a huge plus. Cons: Took a very long time to pick up the car even though it was booked online a month earlier and drop off was confusing.

The windshield and mirrors were filthy and there was no washer fluid in the car so we had to go to Walmart to buy Windex. Pros: There was a misunderstanding about picking up the vehicle, but other than that overall a positive experience. Decent experience.
