I would definitely recommend having a drill and some of the pictures in the instructions don't quite match what you have to do in reality but we got there in the end. Customer service - We received our shipment with 1 hinge missing, reached out to customer service and had an email response in less than 5 minutes at 10pm!! We received the replacement part within 3 working days and could finish the assembly.

It was such a fast and easy solution to what could have been a lengthy process so I really have to commend the company on that. It's ok Looks good. Draws are not smooth or soft. It's not a great quality stuff , but it's ok for this price.
The instructions need to be a bit clearer on cot assembly but after looking at video it was easy. The package was missing the assembly instruction, but it was found on their website, so all good. Assembling was pretty easy and the furniture looks pretty good and solid. I would say it's a good purchase. Great, compact unit, i am happy with it, unfortunately the quality wasn't the standard i would have liked.
The chipwood reminds me of ikea and putting it together it's that easy either. Be nice for it to be delivered assembled.
