The staff was great but it kinda felt a little like entrapment. You feel awkward about the idea of saying "no" to the service. There was a long line and no one told us how long the wait would be. Joe did a wonderful job explaining the differences in the oils offered, and explaining everything that is recomended to get checked out on my truck due to its milage, even giving me a print off so that I can keep track of what needs to get checked out next time I come in.
He was very friendly, and made me feel very comfortable and glad to have chosen to come here to get my truck serviced. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The service was quick and pleasant. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

It was clean when we came in. But had hand prints all the way around the sides and on the front of the hood where it was pushed shut when we left Luckily we have a coating on this truck but if we didn't I would have expected to see scratches from that.

They were very friendly, just lacking a little attention to detail. Great service n fast speed. The lady who talked me through the whole process did a fantastic job. Second time ive brought a vehicle in and had issues with the oil drain plug. First on ford edge the threads were stripped. Played a part in damage to motor.
