This apartment was high quality with travertine tile, a nice kitchen, and a great living room.
Francesca was such a gracious host and checked in with us several times. I would highly recommend staying at her place! We were able to get to all the tourist attractions by rental car in 15 minutes, and then felt right at home when we got back to her place. Gratzie Francesca! This is the best apartment, large and comfortable, it has everything you need and even a super owner! The little basket with breakfast food and drinks was really appreciated!

Normalmente avviene il contrario. Really nice apartment, only 15 min drive from city center. Andrea was really good host, highly recommend for everyone. Very clean and comfortable place, well located for our visit very quiet for those of us who like to get a good night sleep. Lovely feature of the garden pleasent to sit in on the evening I will be using this apartment next year and recommend it to others.
The apartment is modern, clean and has plenty of space for a family of four and is tastefully furnished. Parking is across the road and is free providing there is a spot available. There are many good restaurants in the area to chose from. Note that you are not in central Rome, but the local area is pleasant. To access the historic sites you will have to catch public transport, or drive as we did.
Driving was easy and straight forward, providing you have a car GPS which will direct you straight to the historic sites.

Andrea was great to deal with, very responsive and met us on arrival. I would not hesitate to stay here next time I'm in Rome. This truly feels like home away from home. This home was very welcoming. So much hospitality and generosity from the host Andrea. He provided us with days worth of breakfast.

Toiletries were provided as well and the style of the whole house was very nice, spacious and with high ceilings. We had a courtyard featuring an outdoor setting and a BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped and all cleaning products provided. When we encountered a fault in the bathroom Andrea was quick to respond and the problem was fixed next day. There are many good restaurants and shops in the close proximity to the apartment. Andrea's place is at a good residential location, away from the Rome historical area, but not too far away from it.
The house is beautiful - neatly done rooms, kitchen and the bathroom as well as a great patio. Andrea took extra care to make us feel at home by getting us some wine, snacks and breakfast. Thank you Andrea for this cozy place. I'll definitely recommend it.. The apartment is really great! You can get to center by metro, what is really easy: The room is clean and there is everything you need: Just perfect: Maurizio was a very welcoming host and always available when we needed help.
He provided us with snacks, drinks and even shampoo. His place was very clean and exactly like on the pictures. We even had our own terrace. However, the bathroom is very tiny. We had great access to many different things like a bakery, supermarket and metro station. The apartment was clean and perfect for two people. A minute walk to the metro makes the city center accessible.

Wonderful restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Would recommend! We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy small beautiful and very clean apartment, where everything is for your comfort. Lorenzo was very welcoming and nice, made sure we had everything we needed and was happy to answer any question about the place and Rome. The place is very small, but just great for the price, clean and well equipped. It is close to the Rebibia metro station 20 minutes by metro the Colosseum.
Also it's easy to get to the appartment and there is a lot of free parking near it, in case you are travelling by car. Thanks Lorenzo! Lorenzo went above and beyond, he was so helpful and accommodating. His sister met us after a late flight at 2: Lorenzo had stocked his shelves and fridge with food and water for us, which was so thoughtful.
And he helped me figure out a sticky transportation issue from the airport via a local bus service. He's awesome! The place is very cosy and quiet. We could fit in, but I doubt that someone bigger than us my clothing size is an L would be ok in that shower. Overall, it is a good place to stay. The host made us welcome and explained where to park and explained where to dry and wash clothes.
The neighbourhood is really nice and quiet. The apartment is really clean and well equipped. We really had good time in Rome. Hope to come back. Thank you for a great stay! The residential area, where the apartment is situated is tranquil and safe. The location and proximity to the metro is favourable. Some pizzerias and medium discounter grocery stores are in the neighbourhood to the apartment.
As for the apartment itself: In the second room there are two sofas. All major household appliances are available and working properly. The kitchen has fridge, geyser coffee maker, gas stove, cutlery, olive oil, sugar, salt, wine vinegar, grind-coffee, some pastas and snacks - which guests can take advantage of. The bathroom is fitted up with all necessary equipment: The host is very responsive and his family members living a storey above are friendly and helpful people, e. A few minor downsides to mention: In general my girlfriend and me are pleased with our stay in La Casetta di Roma the bigger one.

To be honest - we immediately fell in love with the Italian capital, its pure nature, spectacular buildings and friendly people apart from car drivers.
