They ended up charging me for the deluxe package and ended up costing me 50 dollars. They checked the other fluid levels and checked the air in the tires, which I did not them to do but they did anyways. They took out 20 psi out of each tire, claiming they only needed 30 but the tire clearly says Turns out they go by what the door says and not the actual tire, which makes no sense to me.

After they charged me, I found out that they did not reset the oil level in my car. It still says it has 50 percent oil life. Left angry and the manager did not seem to care about what I thought, only cared about the part where I paid. Had to blow my tires back up to the correct psi levels and had to take my car to fix the oil life in my car. Very unsatisfied and will not recommend to anyone. Had my car serviced just before a trip out of town. While out of town front differential went out due to lack of fluids. Rear diff was low. The fluids had not been checked at Jiffy Lube. When asked to cover my repair bill, District manager stated that Jiffy Lube won't pay.

He said it's not their fault. He said whatever and will not pay. I am a former assistant manager of the South Florida Ave Jiffy lube.

I have worked there for about 2 years. The turnover rate is ridiculous. They hire anybody off the streets with no background or experience.

The blue shirts and the red shirts employees profile every customer that comes through the door to see if they're big spenders. If you drove a busted car they won't spend a minute on you. Sometimes not even completing the services that they sold to the customers. Their prices are way too expensive. I would only do my oil change myself there if it was only for free.

I would never pay I quit for these reasons. This isn't a mad employee comment. This is to inform anybody who thinks the stories about Jiffy Lube aren't real or it can't happen to you. It is really that bad. I have seen many customers being screwed out of problems from the cars that we caused.

After a few months, I started smelling oil burning from my Toyota Solara. After I got home, I came to realize the mechanic who did my oil change forgot to put back on my oil cap, well actually put it on halfway.

Well anyways oil got all over inside the engine compartment. After putting the oil cap on correctly and extensive cleaning, my engine is now leaking oil.

It seems that I possibly lost engine pressure due to the oil cap not being put on correctly and believe to have blown my head gasket. Like I said it is a Toyota with , miles but that car has never leaked one drop of anything especially oil!!! I have contacted Jiffy Lube and pretty much they hold no responsibility to their faulty work I am a single father with a mortgage and expenses like these really suck! I am also a licensed electrician and I don't show up to someone house or place of employment and charge them for faulty work Learn some responsibility to your shady unskilled no backbone business!

One time long ago, Jiffy Lube left my oil dipstick out and I heard rattling around under my hood. Opened it and found the dipstick sitting on the part by my fan! They need to be more careful. They could really mess someone's vehicle up with their carelessness. I realize they are busy and in a hurry but it's no consolation if someone's vehicle is damaged!

One of their favorite tricks is to not actually perform a transmission service when the customer orders it then charge them for it anyway. I had a bad experience in Caldwell, Idaho when they didn't tighten my oil filter enough and two days later, I was leaking oil all over the ground.
