Owned and operated by Ray Lewis with help from his son, Gary and wife Barbara , the Knight Out opened in and quickly became the go-to place for thousands of UCF students. Some regulars there still go on and on and on about Thursday night's Ladies Night for reasons we will not go into in this dignified forum. Many newer, flashier places sprung up after the Knight Out, but it will always be remembered as the first and original and most beloved UCF spot. We want you to be totally happy with your selection!

At a place specializing in beer on a not too busy night, I actually had to wait ten minutes after finishing my first beer before our server came over. She quickly asked how we were doing and tried to immediately leave at the same time, still not noticing that I desperately needed another drink to go with the very spicy dog.
Staff was constantly socializing amongst themselves. They need a bar rescue. Good beer, service, and food! Had an excellent server! Very nice and great service! Little noisy but fun place! This is a nice looking place, but its unfortunate that the service we got was just plain awful. We were able to play different board games at our table, but we'd finish our drinks and wait awhile 20 minutes or so before we could even find our waitress.
At times you wouldn't see any servers on the floor for period of time. We wanted to get food and more drinks, but the waitress was never around for us to order.

Even when we did catch someone to order food, the food never came. We ended up closing our tab and getting food somewhere else. The place has potential, but management needs to work on customer service big time or they will not last. Also the name for this place is not spelled this way. It's Frank and Steins.
