As if all that was miserable enough! Turbulence was extremely violent, with no communication from captain or attendants about it no info about landing and then after I survived that we were told to go to carousel 2 for our baggage after waiting 30 min another passenger said all the Baggage was actually at the other end of the airport!

From beginning to end this was a nightmare!! They need new, workers, training, and new mission if they want to last. I planned to visit my boyfriend in Salt Lake City a month ahead of time and bought my ticket from Frontier Airlines.
