I am awaiting a response from the company this morning. I am really outraged right now. I used the email that someone posted from the terms and conditions page. I contacted the company and was told all sales final.

I emailed back and just said just to replace the broken one, they answered back all sales are final and would not replace my charger.

I ordered the Hi-pad mini English Computer for my 3 year old grandson. Piece of crap. Can not find out the company info since it doesn't show any origin. Never usually even watch the Today show. Another reason not to watch after seeing all of these complaints. SO disappointed.

Sent them an email late January. They said they had a back shipping and on the way. Received on Feb. Nothing by junk. I cross checked the tracker on a walk with my phone and old fit bit and off by steps. I have emailed company and also Jill's steals. I am pissed. And will not buy from Jill's steals again. I ordered the smart watch on January Sent them several messages of inquiry and waiting a reply. Judging from reading all the complaints I doubt if I will ever get my watch.

I will never order anything from Jills Steals and deals ever again. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. It has been almost 40 days since I ordered and there site says Most items purchased from Jill's Steals and Deals ship within two weeks from the date of your order. Based on the number of complaints I am guessing I will be disappointed and not receive the product. I went on the Deals website and emailed the company that was offering the product and am currently awaiting an answer.

I downloaded the suggested Arrive app to see a delivery date only to realize by contacting USPS the supposed carrier to find out they do not have the package either. All around totally disenchanted with the whole process and would caution others to be wary as the shipping is not reliable.
