And yes, your Sunday grandstand ticket gives you the chance to walk along the pit lane, collect autographs and so on. That's from 2pm when the roads reopen, to about 6pm. The race is never that great in Monaco anyway. Grandstands K1 K2 are good views. O or V are good because in between sessions you can get access to the harbour, with a bit of a walk towards sea and back down, which takes you alongside the paddock, so you get to see all the drivers going to and from the pits.
Also you can walk to the GP2 paddock which is actually in a multi storey car park next to the sea. Use the Automobile Club de Monaco website for tickets.
