My husband and I showed up around The hostess was more interested in getting us to register for "pizza dough" points, even though we are already registered for the same. Our waitress showed up quickly after we were seated.
From there, our experience went downhill. We ordered a flatbread, a bowl of soup for my husband and a large Thai Crunch salad. My husband also ordered coffee - apparently a difficult item to service. We did get the flatbread and about 15 minutes later both the soup and salad showed up at the same time. My husband and I often order this salad.
Our salad had a minute portion of chicken, no cilantro, limited peanuts and no crunch.

I, however, did find a pecan in our salad. After bringing this to our server's attention, we were told the manager would come to our table. He did and said he would make us a new salad. In fact, the manager on delivery of our salad claimed he followed the recipe.

Our second salad was completely missing peanuts Coffee was never served after the first cup. Our server told us she attempted to make coffee but someone was taking the coffee she made. Over 45 minutes of wait time, another staff person brought a carafe of coffee. We were by that time already waiting 15 minutes for a bill and a box.
