Autumn is very colorful and don't forget the annual Wine and Food festival. Not a bad time any time. I have never been here ti ski, so I can't comment on that, but they have other activities. We usually go for a fesitval or something. They always have something going on, I've been horseback riding here twice.

Weather did not cooperate this past week due to rain and warmer temps, and though the day we skied After reading a bunch of reviews, I thought this place would be run-down or old. But this is not the case! We had a blast! We went on a Sunday afternoon, it wasn't super busy and we didn't have to wait in long lines.

The Summer Tubing is really fun - and fast! Tennis shoes are a MUST on the tubing hill. The sides going down the hill seem to be made of metal.
The Alpine Slide is very fun. We did the slide over and over again! A 4-person chair lift takes you to the top of the slide - very easy to get on and off. You are able to take smaller children on a double-sled down the slide the child sits in front of you. We did that a couple times with the 5 yr old. But after a few times down, she wanted to go by herself, and she was old enough and tall enough to go alone.
The Water Bikes - Paddle Boats are located on top of another 6-person chair lift This lift also takes the mountain bikers up to the top.
There are water bikes, kayaks, paddle boats lined up on a dock. You can take as long as you want. The lake is big enough to have lots of fun. We also had the kids try out the Bungy-Trampoline and the Rock Wall. And we saw some adults doing those too.
NEW GROOMERS ADDED TO RESORT FLEETS
We brought swimsuits along and swam in the outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is great! It has a very shallow end maybe inches deep for the really little kids, And the deep end is only 5 ft deep. We ate lunch at the Pizza place inside the resort. Good pizza and a decent price. There are a couple other restaurants in the resort.

This resort is awesome. We didn't do everything on the list for the activity bracelet for the day, and I do feel like it was worth our money. We could do everything over and over again. Seven Springs is less than 45 minutes away from Idlewild, so the location was good for us. We stayed in a condo at Mountain View, which is close to the golf course, but a several minutes drive away from Seven Springs. Since we were not staying at the lodge, we had to purchase a bracelet to use the facilities. You can purchase a bracelet for a specific activity or for a larger fee, buy a whole package.
Lost Mountain Campground
My husband and Son-in-Law enjoyed the disc golf course although they said it was very challenging and we used the pool, which is large, but nothing special. Live music on a beautiful Saturday afternoon by the pool was very nice. My granddaughter and I played miniature golf on the indoor course, and we pedaled a boat around the lake at the top of the mountain. We found everyone on the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. With 26 slopes and trails and two terrain parks on skiable acres and a first-class snowsports school, Hidden Valley offers a comfortable environment to learn to ski or snowboard.
For your overnight stay , enjoy the comfort of The Inn at Hidden Valley. All rooms feature a small refrigerator and sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and hair dryer. Standard rooms offer two double or two queen beds. Suites include a living room area, fireplace and a king or queen-sized bed. Please check the Snow Report for each resort for today's hours.
