This in spite of the plane being still at the gate when we arrived. Points positifs : My 18 year old son was the one who traveled and it was his first time on this airline - he was very satisfied with the trip. I understand the cost of meals but a complimentary beverage would be a welcome, inexpensive treat! No snacks, and 30 meal was small and terrible. Plane was very old with no seat back entertainment or in flight magazine. A large piece of the plane fell off on takeoff and hit a passenger in the head.
The crew tried to jam it back in place but it was obvious it would not stay put.

It fell off two more times. Points positifs : The flight crew and cockpit crew were amazing and they did their job professional and kindly way. Even though it was economy class the place was clean and good customer service. Charges money for everything. Airline employees look like "gai" former Soviet police employees, try to find reason to charge you money. Used to be excellent food, now average at best compared to other top-end airlines. Points positifs : Everything was great one of the best airlines I've flown on.
Points positifs : Overall price and comfort is ok. Seats pretty small. Points positifs : Seats were comfortable and enough room for legs. I liked the movie selection. Crew was great.
Points positifs : Food was really good, staff was helpful and friendly and there was more legroom that I've often experienced. Also - flight was NOT packed - there was actually an empty mid-row seat! Points positifs : Love love love this airlines! I wish the US carriers were like this! Delayed due to technical reasons. Previous flight was completely cancelled. Getting to the point I don't want to fly. Points positifs : Great gifts for children! However, there was no food for kids - apparently, I was supposed to request it in advance.
This is something new, and I wish we were notified as soon as we purchased the ticket. We flew to Moscow in Sept. The flight was comfortable but not what I expected. If I knew those were 3-people seats, I would've picked something closer to the front of the plane. I was very hungry, never offered food. Boarding was late but no communication from staff.
