El Arenal is the better one to go to Log onto their website and then western park We have just come back from Palma and went to the waterpark yesterday but beware. We were disappointed as our travel rep didn't tell us that you need 7euros to hire a locker. We also wanted sunbeds and they were 3. This makes a big dent in your pocket before you buy food and would have been fine if we were pre warned of this. But by far the worse thing is that you can hire a ring from the park, 8E for a single and 12E for a double again not mentioned by the rep. This enables you to jump all the queues for the rides, which is great if you hire the ring but if you don't you end up in a very big queue waiting for the non hired rings to be given to you after the previous person has used it, but as the hired rings have priority the wait for the rides is unacceptably long.

We queued for over an hour for the Black Hole. We then decided just to go on rides that didnt have the rings. We arrived at 10am and left at 4pm but due to the length of queuing we still missed out on 5 or 6 other slides as our coach had to leave at 4. A very disappointing day due to lack of information from Thompson Holidays.

If you add the cost of the ring to each person, it makes it an expensive day out, but you get value for money with the hired rings. Just not very good for the other people without, but hey that's not your problem. All the rides were good fun though. This topic has been closed to new posts due to inactivity.
